You’ve taken it, you are here at my website, now take the next step and get booked for treatment. Here's what to expect. You will do an initial intake online when you book, then when you arrive and change into shorts and top, we will discuss and set your goals so that it is clear to each of us what we are trying to achieve and give us something to measure as we go forward. I will do a visual assessment of you so that I can estimate where your issue may generate. It's important to note that what I may see as an issue may not be exactly where you feel the problem, we will address both the source and the symptom. You will likely have some homework, everything cannot be done in the treatment room.

Treating yourself between sessions can lead to more effective healing, and longer lasting change as well as increased ownership of your healing. Self care exercises will be assigned as appropriate.
